Edgar Morgan-MHA

Edgar Morgan is a husband, father, and lifelong Catholic.

He is a pragmatic and rational leader with nine years of experience in project management and process improvement within health systems and clinical settings. Edgar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Latin, a certification in Project Management, and a Master’s degree in Health Administration. He has also completed additional studies in Managed Care and Health Economics, along with an Administrative Fellowship.

Edgar excels at simplifying complicated and confusing situations, having worked in resource-limited environments and high-demand settings with competing priorities. With an ecumenical spirit, he has served in both secular and religious healthcare organizations, focusing on continuous improvement at the intersection of outcomes-based healthcare and financial sustainability. His creative and systematic problem-solving skills have enabled him to lead multiple teams in the MyCatholicDoctor ministry for the past two years.  Edgar is committed to consistently improving the patient experience, with a focus on the true, good, and beautiful in every situation.

In addition to his primary vocation as husband and father, Edgar is an enthusiastic outdoorsman, dedicated environmental conservationist, and community service leader. He enjoys hunting and water sports and serves as a church organist and active member of the Knights of Columbus at his local parish.
